Fans have all loved the show. Completely in love with the way the story has been written and the well knitted plot has attracted the viewers most. Though the series out looks on a lot of historical details, and the king is shown too young and that his costumes are all wrong. Still the show is doing well, as it is entertaining and has been produced fantastically. All in all the star cast of the show is also one big factor for the success of the show. And anyways as the sole purpose of television is entertainment and the series has definitely been able to glue its viewers. And the minute details are definitely not affecting the viewers in any big way.

But the details are definitely bothering the critics, a bit too much. They are of the view that the series is not living up to the expectations of a historical series and production team is some what playing with the facts. They are also of the view that the whole serious theme of that era has ended being a simple personal and erotic power. But as all is in the hands of the viewers, and the audience is liking the show, and the series is doing well for every one.

Joss Stone is all set for her first television role. Stone will be playing the role of Henry VIII fourth wife Anne of Cleves. This will be her first regular role on television opposite Jonathan Rhys Meyers. Meyers has been playing the role of King Henry VIII from the past two seasons.

Though Joss has recently made an appearance on small screen with Cadbury’s Flake girl and has also appeared in the movie Eragon in 2006. After singing she is now all excited for new passion for acting.

As far as Henry VIII wives were concerned. Anne of Cleves was considered least beautiful among all. Henry actually chose her after having a look at one of her portrays. But Henry was completely disappointed when he met her in real. Besides the beauty part he was on good terms with her.

As Stone will start her television career with The Tudors, she will start shooting for the same in the later part of this year.
